Sunset Waters holiday villas are located at 38 Filburn St, Scarborough, Western Australia 6019. We are 15 to 20 minutes drive from Perth city and 35 to 40 minutes drive from Perth airport. All our villas have been fully renovated to 21st century comfort standards whilst retaining the character and charm of their 60's beach house origins. The comfort of our guests is of utmost importance to us.

Sunset Waters holiday villas are spacious, self-contained, self-catering units that are single story, with 2 bedrooms and a private garden courtyard.

Ideal for a couple, family, groups or business and corporate travellers seeking quality at a budget price.

The Scarborough beach front with its sweeping sandy shore and clean blue waters, restaurants, cafes and shops is only a 4 minute stroll from our quiet residential street.

Why stay in a noisy hotel, motel, apartment or resort when you can rent your own peaceful villa by the Indian Ocean.

SIZE: 86 square metres inside: 4 times larger than the average motel room.

BEDDING: Queen Size in master bedroom, 2 single beds in second bedroom. Clock radio, lamps.

LINEN: All towels, linen, pillows, blankets and dooners supplied.

BABIES: Folder cots and linen, baby bath, toilet trainer seat and high chair available free of charge on request.

KITCHEN: Microwave, electric oven and hot plates, electric kettle, toaster, fridge or freezer, cooking utensils, crockery, pots and pans including a non-stick wok and cover, smoke detector.

LIVING ROOM: Reverse cycle air conditioning (heat or cool), flat screen digital television, DVD, intruder alarm, all leather lounge suite consisting of a 3-seater couch and a single seater arm chair, coffee table and lamp.

PHONE: A public pay phone is located 100 metres away. Both white and yellow pages are supplied in each villa.

INTERNET: Broadband WI-FI connection is available with a strong signal strength in all of our villas. There is a nominal charge for WI-FI access.

SAFE: Each villa has a hotel-style digital combination safe.

LAUNDRY: Free communal laundry with private clothes line in each villa's courtyard. Clothes airer rack, iron and ironing table in each villa.

CLEANING: For your privacy, the villas are not serviced during your stay. Each villa has a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, broom and dust pan as well as kitchen cloths, scourer, dish brush and cleaning chemicals. Weekly room service and checkout clean up are available for an extra charge.
