About the Beef & Seafood Grill

The Beef & Seafood Grill restaurant and bar is situated a short stroll off Salamanca's main strip on Gladstones Street. The Beef & Seafood Grill provides a dining experience that encapsulates grill style, offering local seafood, Angus steaks, shared platters and tiers in an open grill style restaurant.

The restaurant first opened its doors in 1988 as Gladstones Restaurant and has continued to build upon its highly regarded reputation. The now Beef & Seafood Grill offers diners a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, menu caters for all tastes and is complimented by an open grill and private bar for pre-dinner drinks.

Today, the restaurant is continuing to expand on its already experienced kitchen and restaurant with Jonbarrie Wilson their Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience and Luke Monsour the Restaurant & Bar Manager boasting both local and international experience.

The menu caters for all tastes including a range of fresh Tasmanian seafood such as fish, scallops, Pipe Clay Lagoon oysters, farmed fresh salmon. There is free range chicken, lamb, Angus beef and vegetarian dishes prepared in a variety of delicious styles.

Our Queen Suite is a spacious 43 square metres and contains a queen size bed adjacent to the open plan living and dining area, Tasmanian Artwork, beautiful Tasmanian Oak and leather furnishings, fully self contained kitchen, luxurious bathroom , 81 cm LCD TV, personal computer, air conditioning and new release movies.

Standard Two Bedroom Suite

Our Standard Two Bedroom Suite is 50 square metres and contains a king size bed in the open plan living and dining area, separate bedroom with a set of bunk beds. The suite features beautiful Tasmanian Oak and leather furnishings, fully self contained kitchen, luxurious bathroom, 81cm LCD TV, personal computer, air conditioning and new release movies.

Our Two Bedroom Family Four Suite is a split level 60 square metres suite with a queen size bed and bathroom, mezzanine level, downstairs contains two single beds in a separate bedroom off the open plan living and dining area, beautiful Tasmanian Oak and leather furnishings, fully self contained kitchen, private balcony with view, air conditioning and new release movies. *Please note; bathroom is located mezzanine level.
