North Cove Waterfront Suites are individually owned and managed by on site managers.  This style of accommodation is very common throughout Queensland Australia and is quite different to staying in a motel or hotel. The apartments are amongst beautiful landscaped gardens with plenty of room to lay around on the lawns or relax by the pool.

The building faces the esplanade looking out toward the Coral Sea, some apartments may face the tropical mountains behind.

Rooms

We are popular for Executive Apartments, as we are frequently visited by the corporate sector for their staff.  We can accommodate guests with their own bedrooms and bathrooms but share a common living space for cooking or just lounging by the TV. A great spot for couples, singles and groups wanting to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Most of our apartments face the ocean, but not all actually have ocean views so we advertise these as ocean facing.  We have some apartments facing the mountains and they capture wonderful breezes and the view is very pleasant.  Apartments will have a balcony or private courtyard.

One Bedroom Kitchenette- if you are traveling alone or as a couple, but do not need a full kitchen, then the one bedroom Kitchenetteapartment is perfect for you ground floor, large garden courtyard,  mountain facing.  A huge 109 sq metres.  

Two Bedroom- with full air condition, ceiling fans, ocean breezes you will be very comfortable in your well appointed apartments.  You will have Free Foxtel channels, direct dial telephone, private balcony and outdoor setting.

Three Bedroom- the 3 Bedroom apartments can sleep 6 persons with existing bedding and up to 7 persons, you have a full catering kitchen with dishwasher, oven and full size fridge. There is an outdoor setting on your balcony to enjoy alfresco dining or just sit back and sip a cool drink while enjoying the ocean breeze.

Cairns and its surrounds offer a huge variety of tours and can leave you lost and confused!

By Plane
Cairns Airport is the main gateway to Tropical North Queensland.  It is serviced by major international, national and state air carriers.  It boasts international, domestic and general aviation terminals. Cairns Airport offers both domestic and international flights. Airfield operations are 24 hours, and terminal operations including shops, cafes at both pre and post immigration points are open in accordance with flight schedules.

By Train
Offering passengers a comfortable and scenic way to view the inland coast of Queensland, the Sunlander travels return from Brisbane to Cairns three times per week. The Sunlander meanders its way through the scenic, lush countryside of inland coastal towns of Bundaberg and Gladstone through to the sub-tropical region in Mackay, Proserpine and Bowen, until reaching its final destination of Cairns.

By Road
You could hire a car from another city and depending on whether the facilities are available you can drop it off to the same provider when you arrive in Cairns. Otherwise, get an airport transfer from the nearest airport to where you are staying.
