Welcome to Lakeside Bed And Breakfast

Lakeside Bed and Breakfast is situated in the old and leafy suburb of West Leederville, in Perth, Western Australia. We are just a couple of kilometres from central Perth city. A free city clipper bus goes to the city and to Kings Park and the train line is at the end of our street. Lake Monger is 100 metres away and is a lovely park with lots of swans, ducks and birds.

There are garden seats under the trees to sit and relax and while away some free time. The very beautiful Kings Park is also on our doorstep. Subiaco's cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs, cinema and shopping precinct are all within walking distance. The Subiaco football ground is a 15 minute walk - great place to stay for interstate footy fans.

We have a lovely old Federation home in a truly great location, close to the central city and public transport. A swimming pool is available in the back garden and cane chairs are scattered around the large shady verandas for you to sit and have a quiet read or enjoy a glass of wine.

Lakeside Bed and Breakfast offers 2 individually styled bedrooms, one queen and one twin, tastefully decorated with polished floorboards, beautiful bed lamps and cool white shutters.

The deliciously comfy beds have the best Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful linen and down pillows.

Tea and coffee are complimentary in the room, along with a small bar fridge, television, dressing gown and hairdryer.

A separate lounge is available for your use, stocked with lovely books and a leather couch to relax on. We have a pool and lovely outdoor veranda area.

Local Attractions

Lake Monger is 100 metres away with swans, ducks, turtles and a lovely walking path and benches to watch the world go by. A very cute and quaint café is literally at the corner of our street: they do great morning and afternoon teas and light lunches.
