This 9th floor K Luxe apartment occupies one whole floor and commands 360 degree beach and harbour views with an ultra-modern design. The K-Luxe has been designed to encapsulate the exotic side of the surfing and beach lifestyle with amazing spaces to chill. Sleeping configuration: one pull down king size bed and three double day beds in living area. Access via one flight of stairs.

DIRECTIONS FROM COOLANGATTA AIRPORT TO KOMUNE RESORT

1. Head south on Terminal Avenue towards Tom Norris Drive.

2. Continue straight through the traffic lights over Gold Coast, Highway onto Johnston Street.

3. Turn right at Pacific Parade (from here drive along the beachfront all the way).

4. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Musgrave Street (drive along the beachfront).

5. Continue onto Marine Parade. Go through one roundabout (drive along the beachfront).

6. Turn left at the traffic lights to stay on Marine Parade (drive along the beachfront). Komune Resort will be on the right at the end of the street.
