Dining- high end restaurants inside the Crown Casino and on the riverside promenade are within 10 minutes of walk. Enjoy modern Australian, Asian, Italian, French and Greek cuisines, or try out the buffets at the casino. There are also other family owned restaurants in South Melbourne, as well as take away fast food options.

Night Life- bars and pubs are plenty inside Crown Casino. The Pub and Lagerfield Bar are just some of the venues inside the gambling area. There are several night clubs on the 3rd floor of the complex. On the riverside promenade, popular places include Leftbank and World Bar. Nearby night clubs include Eve on City Road and others on St. Kilda Rd.

Tours- most tour companies do pick ups from the Casino lobby which is across the road and some tour companies do direct pickups from Melbourne Tower.

Day tours include Phillip Island for penguin parades, Yarra Valley Winery Tour, Great Ocean Road Tour and Mount Dandenong tours.
