Each unit features 2 full sized bedrooms, a complete bathroom with separate shower and bath, (some with spa baths), a fully equipped modern kitchen with private laundry facilities, free internet broadband, home office area, heating and air conditioning, a private garden courtyard and an allocated parking bay.

The Townhouses

Each of the 4, double storey townhouses is able to accommodate up to six people. They are spacious, recently renovated with modern fittings and furnishings. Each townhouse is serviced weekly and features:

2 Full Size Bedrooms, Full bathroom with separate shower and bath (some with spas), Fully equipped kitchen, Garden area and Allocated parking bay

Downstairs:

Open plan living with lounge, dining & kitchen, Lounge with foldout couches (accommodating 2 extra people), TV & DVD (and VCR on request), Fully equipped kitchen featuring full stove, microwave, fridge/minibar, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery and Air-conditioning.

Laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board, Lock-up safe, Direct telephone line (Calls charged at cost.), Rear garden patio with views of Mt Wellington, Front porch with views of the Derwent River & Wrest Point Casino

Upstairs:

Main bedroom with queen size bed and TV / DVD, Second bedroom with 2 king size beds on castors easily converting to one king size bed, Bathroom with separate bath and large shower - some with spa bath, Linen, bedding and towels supplied and Heating units in each bedroom and the bathroom

Other Features:

Shared barbecue facility outside, Private electric barbecue on request, Cots and high chair available on request, Phone cards required to make national and international calls are available on request and Bus stop about 50 m from the units, on Davey St (main road), on the bus routes to Hobart city CBD, wharf and main tourist centres.

The activity of the Hobart CBD, Salamanca Place, Battery Point and the Wharf area are within walking distance, and the South Hobart Village along Macquarie Street, is only a few hundred metres away. Public transport is available 20m from our doorstep.
