Directions to Comfort Inn and Suites City Terraces

Coming from the Airport by Car - 10 minutes, 6 kms.

Take the airport exit road and turn left onto the main road at the traffic lights. Follow the signs that direct you to the city and Innisfail. The route takes you along Sheridan Street through many traffic lights. At the Florence Street intersection turn right into Florence Street. This is the main road south and you will see signs for Innisfail. Stay in the right lane and turn right at the next lights into McLeod Street. City Terraces is a white colonial style building set back from the street on the left hand side.

Taxi, Bus, or Limousine

You can get from the Airport to City Terraces by airport bus, taxi or by limousine. The airport bus costs A$ 18.00 per person and takes around 20 minutes depending on numbers of people to be dropped off. Taxi ranks are located opposite both the domestic and international arrival halls. The fare from the airport to City Terraces is around A$25.00 - A$30.00.

Coming from the South by car.

Follow the Pacific Highway into Cairns. The highway becomes Mulgrave Road, continue into the city. As you approach the city, the street name changes to Florence Street and you will cross a rail line. This is the Cairns/Kuranda railway line. At the next set of traffic lights turn left into McLeod Street. City Terraces Apartments is located halfway along on the left hand side - between Florence and Minnie St - the white colonial style building set back from the street - located next door to the McLeod St Medial/Chemist Centre.
